Haig Club Clubman hereda el mismo espíritu atrevido y de vanguardia que Haig Club Deluxe: diseñado para ser diferente, elegante y moderno, al tiempo que incorpora el patrimonio de casi 400 años de la Casa Haig. La inspiración para el nombre surge de material publicitario que se remonta a 1920.
Haig Club Clubman es madurado exclusivamente en barricas que fueron utilizadas previamente en Bourbon estadounidense, lo que permite que la dulzura y suavidad del whisky de grano puro proveniente de Cameronbridge interactúe con los sabores de vainilla y caramelo que se encuentran en los barriles de ex bourbon. WHISKY TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE A light straw colour with a delicate texture.
NOSE A wonderful combination of sweet toffee, popcorn, coconut and butterscotch balanced by some zestier citrus notes and some crisp, green apple freshness.
TASTE Hints of toffee, maple syrup, salted caramel and Crème brûlée all contribute to the deliciously creamy texture, which is complimented perfectly by fresh notes of apple, lemon and mint.
FINISH A relatively smooth and clean finish with some gentle reminders of the caramel and maple syrup sweetness and a lingering hint of cinnamon spice.
