The Manhattan is an all time classic born in New York City’s Manhattan Club, some time around 1880. Discover it again with this Haig Club take which also sees the addition of dry sherry to add an additional depth to the flavor.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- 10ml Sweet Vermouth
- 5ml Dry sherry
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange peel
- Contains 18 grams of alcohol
Equipment
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Strainer
- Jigger/measure
How to

Stir all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish by twisting an orange peel over the drink so the oils spritz across the top and use it as garnish.
