The Victoria cocktail takes its name from fashion icon and style visionary Victoria Beckham. Created for her London Fashion Week event and the first anniversary of her Dover Street, London store opening in 2015, the fruity and sweet ingredients compliment the vanilla notes of Haig Club. Garnished with an edible flower, it's a drink that boasts style as well as substance.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- 15ml Sweet Sherry
- 20ml Red current syrup
- 20ml Lemon juice
- Alcohol content: 16 grams
Equipment
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Coupe or martini glass
- Jigger/measure
- Peeler or knife
- Chopping board
How to

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

Shake vigorously and strain into a Coupette/Martini glass

To garnish, brush lemon zest around glass rim then garnish with an edible flower
