The Minty Haig is a fresh take on the iconic Kentucky Derby Mint Julep cocktail. Poured over crushed ice, Haig Club’s sweet notes are amplified by the simple syrup and punctuated by the cool zing of fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Haig Club Clubman
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- Fistful fresh mint leaves
- Contains 16 grams of alcohol
Equipment
- Muddler
- Julep cup
- Lewis bag and mallet
How to

step 1
In a julep cup muddle the mint with the simple syrup

Add Haig Club and some crushed ice and stir until the cup is frosted on the outside
