Haig Matcha Highball
Single Grain Scotch is considered by many to be the next big thing in the world of whisky, and Matcha Tea is currently the talk of the town. When the two come together they create something truly trendsetting.
- 50ml Haig Club
- 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml Honey syrup
- 100ml Club soda to top
- 1/4 Teaspoon of matcha tea powder
- Slice of lemon to garnish
- Contains 16 grams of alcohol
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
Strain into an ice filled highball glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
