Haig Clubhouse Soda is the original Whisky Highball perfected. A classic long drink which highlights the subtle butterscotch sweetness of Haig Club. This drink can vary dramatically in style depending on which bitters you chose to add - just a few dashes can make all the difference.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- Soda to top
- 2 dashes Bitters (your choice of original Bitters, Ginger Bitters, orange
- Blossom Water or rosewater)
- Alcohol content: 16 grams
