A classic Manhattan is a wonderful cocktail, but can be a little challenging to someone new to Scotch. Using peach schnapps in the mix adds a sweeter layer of flavour. This makes the Peach Manhattan (just like the Chocolate Manhattan) more accessible yet no less irresistible.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- 10ml Peach Schnapps
- 10ml sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 slice of peach to garnish
- Alcohol content: 20 grams
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Strainer
- Martini glass
- Jigger/measure
- Knife
- Chopping board
How to

Stir all ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass
