Haig Club New York Whisky Sour

The classic whisky sour is incredibly tasty and this twist brings it to another level. The fruity wine float adds an extra layer of flavour which makes this an easy yet very tasty riff on the classic recipe.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Haig Club
  • 22ml fresh lemon juice
  • 22ml simple syrup
  • Some fruity red wine
  • Contains 16 grams of alcohol.

Equipment

  • Bar spoon
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Jigger/measure

How to

  1. step 1

    Shake all ingredients except the wine with ice

  2. step 2

    Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice

  3. step 3

    Float some fruity wine on the top of the drink by pouring it gently on the back of a spoon
