When it comes to eating, the Italians know a thing or two. We build on their eating expertise with a fresh twist on the classic Italian Negroni cocktail. Designed to be enjoyed before dinner, the subtle sweetness of Haig Club balances perfectly with the herbal, aromatic flavours of Campari. Cin cin. A Negroni with Scotch whisky instead of gin is also referred to as a Boulevardier.
Ingredients
- 25ml Haig Club
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- 1 twist of orange peel
- Alcohol content: 14 grams

- Chopping board
