Designed to be enjoyed before dinner, the subtle sweetness of Haig Club balances perfectly with the herbal, aromatic flavours of Campari. Cin cin. A Negroni with Scotch whisky instead of gin is also referred to as a Boulevardier.
Ingredients
- 25ml Haig Club
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- 1 twist of orange peel
- Alcohol content: 14 grams

- Chopping board
