The Ginger Smoke Stack opens up a deeper, more full flavoured side of Haig Club. The gentle smoke of the Lapsang Souchong tea is balanced by the crisp freshness of the apple and mint.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- 20ml Ginger Ale
- Top up with cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong (smoked) tea
- Alcohol content: 16 grams

- Jigger/measure
- Knife
- Chopping board
