The Ginger Smoke Stack opens up a deeper, more full flavoured side of Haig Club. The gentle smoke of the Lapsang Souchong tea is balanced by the crisp freshness of the apple and mint.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Haig Club
  • 20ml Ginger Ale
  • Top up with cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong (smoked) tea
  • Alcohol content: 16 grams

Equipment

  • Old Fashioned Glass
  • Jigger/measure
  • Knife
  • Chopping board

How to

  1. step 1

    Build by adding cubed or hand cracked ice in an Old Fashioned glass or tumbler

  2. step 2

    Add Haig Club

  3. step 3

    Pour in 20 ml of ginger ale

  4. step 4

    Top up with a splash of Lapsang Souchong tea

  5. step 5

    Garnish with two apple slices and a sprig of mint
