The original Blood & Sand cocktail was named after the 1920's bullfighter movie starring Rupert Valentino. Created in honour of the movie's premier, the cocktail became an instant hit. Still a firm favourite, serving this cocktail of Scotch, vermouth, cherry and orange in Haig Club mini-bottles makes it looks as spectacular as it tastes.
Ingredients
- 50ml Haig Club
- 15ml sweet vermouth
- 15ml Cherry Heering
- 30ml (blood) orange juice
- Orange peel to garnish
- Alcohol content: 20 grams

- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Coupe Glass
- Funnel
- Jigger/measure
How to

Place all the ingredients together with ice and shake with gusto
