The Clubman and Cola is perfect in its simplicity, and this simple twist adds a wonderful fruity layer to a classic serve. It’s an ongoing dilemma: Clubman and cola or Clubman and cherry cola?
Ingredients
- 25ml Haig Club Clubman
- 2 Teaspoons of cherry juice or 2 dashes of cherry bitters
- Fill to top with Cola
- 1 Regular or maraschino cherry to garnish
- Alcohol content: 8 grams
Equipment
- Highball Glass
- Jigger/measure
How to

Fill highball glass with desired amount of ice

Measure out 25ml of Haig Club Clubman and pour over ice
