Ingredients

  • 25ml Haig Club
  • 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 40ml Pineapple Juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Slice of lemon to garnish
  • Alcohol content: 8 grams

  • Rocks Glass

How To

step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well

Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
