  • 50ml Haig Club
  • 20ml Ginger Ale
  • Top up with cold-brewed Lapsang Souchong (smoked) tea
  • Alcohol content: 16 grams

How To

Build by adding cubed or hand cracked ice in an Old Fashioned glass or tumbler Add Haig Club Pour in 20 ml of ginger ale Top up with a splash of Lapsang Souchong tea Garnish with two apple slices and a sprig of mint
